Add Boolean Wildcard for broadened search criteria#101

Add the “wildcard” () feature for search criteria. For example, seach “medic“ and it will display medical, medicine, medicines, and any variation that comes after the string of letters “medic”. This will allow for singular/plural and other search variations simultaneously.
