Provide one (live-in-person) on-board support call to new USers to get them setup using your product. THis is critical to ensuring customer success and avoiding frustrated customers. Since you are in Romania - (on the other side of the earth) from me, Getting in touch with support is almost impossible. THen, layer a language barrier on top of that. Customers NEED on-boarding. At least, offer (1) on-board session to ensure your new customer is setup correctly so that they don’t start off wrong and get frustrated and cancel….just like I’m about to do.,,,
