Monitor Customer Reviews specifically (GMB/Tripadvisor etc)#22

Create a way to monitor customer reviews that leave star review on Google My Business or Tripadvisor or Yelp and many others. Build a way to monitor and action on these reviews directly from BrandMentions.

I have a question for anyone who upvotes or comments here.

What are the use cases you would use Customer Reviews Management and monitoring vs Mention Monitoring?

We need to understand is this makes sense business wise to implement. The decision to implement is based in good part on the feedback we get from here.

Hello Razvan, customer reviews are used throughout many ecosystems on the web and can have significant business impacts. Being able to see when new reviews about a business or product are posted - especially within the overall dashboad of other mentions - is critical. We’re needing to implement workarounds here to be able to capture this info, in the lack of coverage of those sites by BrandMentions. Suggest perhaps an add-on charge to provide that data to customers needing it, to cover any extra engineering or licensing charges that result from being able to access those (often) closed systems.

thanks for the feedback on this one. makes sense. we already collect a lot of data but we can collect even more in terms of “brand mentions”.

+1 on this. For example being able to monitor Amazon / Etsy / reviews would also be really useful. Unfortunately Amazon does not provide an easy way to monitor product reviews as an example, and these may not contain our keyword so wouldn’t get picked by brandmentions at the present time.

Would be a great and important benefit to monitore Google reviews, ekomi, trustpilot etc.

Yes! Please add Google, Yelp and Facebook reviews at a minimim. This is a game changer. Thanks for your consideration.

Reviews is very critical for some companies, specialy for hotels! Also restaurants, cafes and other small businesses. Tourism endustry is very big and reviews will become more important after this pandemi covid! All hotels and restaurants will be more carefully to online reputation. Hope u can focus to this side. Tripadvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Google, Facebook, Tophotels.ru, Holidaycheck.de which is the highly get comments and review for businesses. Best Regards.
