It would be great if the ‘shared reports’ feature could work with a cname, so we can share reports from our own reports.domain.name

I have a question for anyone who upvoted or commented here.

What are the use cases you would use CNAME vs the normal White-label you have now?

We need to understand is this makes sense business wise to implement. The decision to implement is based in good part on the feedback we get from here.

Thanks and looking forward to your feedback.

i guess Cname will be used to give team members and clients access to certain reports specific to them.. basically hiding “brandmention” i guess.

I suppose that would make sense for agencies/resellers only

Example: Sharing mentions as an Url can then be shared from our own share.domain.name CNAME, preferable with ssl and our own square/small logo in the left corner, instead of the share.brandmentions.com cname.

This is moved to the ongoing development of the product. Details with this will be announced when this is ready.

I’m totally in favor with this feature —-

I would like to set up “reputationmanagement.myagency.com” (for example) as cname and access the app itself and public dashboards there.

We have finalized the integration of our partners program. This is for resellers and agencies and want a full white-label version of the app. More details are found here https://brandmentions.com/partners/

All the best and stay safe!
