Excell: include language of mention field#78

This would be useful to differentiate leads by language and be able to automate a message to them in their appropriate language using other applications. Especially useful for multilingual countries.

Furthermore, this can be achieved with with Google sheets “=DETECTLANGUAGE(A1)” function
